These terms govern access to the public website and its informational, interactive and inquiry features. Paid platform services are governed by the applicable proposal and service agreement.

The website explains SiteSee, its property and flexible-space sales operating system, production services, capabilities, pricing frameworks and customer applications. 3. Separate customer agreements
Platform access, production, capture, AI-assisted visualization, integrations, support, hosting, data processing, pricing, service levels and deliverables are controlled by the signed proposal and agreement for the customer account. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the contracted services.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation, research and communication with SiteSee. You may not disrupt the website; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or extract content at a scale that burdens the service; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; violate intellectual-property rights; or use the website to support unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
5. Intellectual property
The website, SiteSee name, logo, interface designs, copy, diagrams, code, media, product descriptions and other materials are owned by SiteSee or used with permission. No right is granted except the limited right to view and use the public website for its intended purpose. Property content supplied by customers remains subject to the customer agreement and applicable rights.
6. Illustrative content and proposed conditions
Some interfaces, property names, spaces, pathways, statistics and examples are illustrative. AI-assisted staging, CGI, animation and future-state visualization may depict proposed conditions rather than current reality. Final property facts, availability, capacities, dimensions, accessibility, pricing, technical feasibility and operating requirements must be confirmed through the authoritative source and responsible professional.
7. Pricing and proposals
Published pricing describes current starting structures and may change. Final investment depends on property scope, approved area, production requirements, travel, specialized media, integrations, governance, support and the signed proposal. A website inquiry or discovery call does not create an obligation for either party.
