Customer valueLead a shared property conversation and use activity as a clue for the next question.

A remote meeting was more useful when everyone could see the same property context.

Screen sharing can show a customer what the presenter sees, but it may leave participants passive and make later review difficult. Questions about a room, route or supporting space can lose their location once the meeting moves into notes and email.

Sales teams also needed a responsible way to understand what happened after sharing the experience. Generic opens or page views were not enough to explain which areas or content deserved a better follow-up question.

SiteSee connected live guided meetings with engagement evidence.

By 2022, the platform publicly documented guided live-meeting capability and analytics for experience activity. A host could lead participants through the same property view while preserving the connected environment for independent review.

Documented signals could help teams see recorded activity such as visits, time, locations or supported interactions, depending on configuration. Those signals were treated as evidence of activity—not as proof of motive or intent.

The customer conversation could remain spatial, shared and more relevant.

For a prospect, live guidance can make a complex property easier to understand without forcing them to navigate alone. For the seller, a shared view makes it easier to answer questions in context and direct attention to supporting evidence.

After the meeting, engagement signals can help the salesperson decide what to ask next. The responsible use is to improve the question, not to invent certainty about the buyer.

Attention is useful when it helps the property team ask a better next question—not when it is treated as a conclusion.
01

Guide together

Walk customers through the same property view during a remote conversation.

02

Keep context

Leave the connected experience available for independent and group review.

03

Follow up better

Use documented activity to choose a more relevant question or supporting resource.

What your team can do with this milestone.

  1. Set the meeting objective and audience before opening the experience.
  2. Lead with the spaces and evidence relevant to that objective.
  3. Leave room for customer-directed exploration and questions.
  4. Configure and review only approved engagement measures.
  5. Treat every signal as a prompt for human follow-up, not proof of intent.

What this release does not claim.

Analytics show recorded activity subject to configuration and consent. They do not prove identity, motive, preference, suitability, comprehension, revenue or final customer intent.
