SiteSee Adds Guided Experiences to Lead Customers Through What Matters
A no-code experience creator lets teams organize spaces, media and prompts into a purposeful path for a defined customer rather than leaving every visitor to explore without direction.
A customer should not need insider knowledge to find the relevant property story.
Open exploration is valuable when someone already understands the property and knows what to inspect. A first-time buyer, planner, visitor or employee may not share that mental map.
When every space and media item is presented with equal weight, the experience can feel like a library without a starting point. Important context may be skipped, while the customer spends time deciding where to click.
SiteSee introduced guided property experience creation.
In late 2022, SiteSee demonstrated an Experience Creator for building sequenced journeys through a digital property environment. A team could arrange locations, media, messages and progression around a defined objective.
The creator extended the platform from “explore everything” to “follow a useful path, then explore further.” The sequence could introduce the audience, establish orientation, direct attention and place the next action where it made sense.
Prospects can receive a more relevant path without losing the wider property.
A guided experience reduces cognitive burden by making the order of information deliberate. Event planners can begin with the event journey; a leisure buyer can begin with arrival and amenities; an internal team can begin with its assigned procedure.
The value comes from relevance, not control. A responsible path should help the customer understand while still allowing appropriate exploration and access to the human team.
Start clearly
Give the audience an introduction, objective and recognizable first step.
Sequence evidence
Present spaces and supporting content in the order the decision requires.
Advance in context
Offer a contact, planning or next-step action after the customer has enough information.
What your team can do with this milestone.
- Define one audience and one primary objective.
- Choose only the spaces and evidence needed for that objective.
- Write instructions in the customer’s language.
- Allow appropriate movement between guided and free exploration.
- Test every step, link and end state before publishing.
What this release does not claim.
