SiteSee Launches Its First Platform for Persistent Remote Property Selling
When travel and in-person access became uncertain, SiteSee moved beyond delivered media to a connected property environment that customers could revisit, share and use throughout the decision.
The customer needed the property explanation to remain available when the call ended.
In 2020, property teams had to support important decisions while travel, access and in-person meetings were disrupted. A live presentation could help in the moment, but the wider decision group still needed an approved reference it could review later.
Sending more files did not solve the problem. The customer had to reconstruct the narrative from links, attachments and individual conversations, often without the salesperson’s context.
SiteSee introduced its first persistent platform environment.
SiteSee shifted from producing connected media to supporting a commercial experience that could remain available across the customer journey. Property context, media and the sales explanation could live in one shared environment rather than disappear after a presentation.
The platform created a foundation for later guided pathways, live review, analytics, collaboration and governance. More importantly, it changed the customer model from a one-time presentation to an approved property reference that could continue working.
Remote customers gained continuity instead of another temporary presentation.
A persistent experience helps the original prospect return to the places that matter, invite another stakeholder and continue the conversation without starting over. Sales teams can direct follow-up to an exact property location instead of asking everyone to search through the same generic materials.
That continuity supports a more informed human discussion. It does not remove the salesperson; it gives the salesperson and customer a common starting point.
Stay available
Give prospects an approved property reference they can revisit on their own time.
Share context
Help additional decision-makers enter the same explanation without a separate reconstruction.
Continue precisely
Follow up with an exact location, piece of evidence or next action.
What your team can do with this milestone.
- Choose the customer journey the persistent experience must support.
- Publish only current, approved property content.
- Give each audience a clear route into the relevant spaces.
- Place contact or planning actions after sufficient context.
- Assign responsibility for updates, access and retirement.
