SiteSee Adds AI-Assisted Staging for 2D and 360-Degree Property Views
Prompt-guided design lets teams create and compare proposed conditions in still and immersive property views so customers can discuss a possibility earlier without confusing it with today’s property.
A customer could understand the present property but still struggle to see the intended use.
A ballroom may be empty when an event planner needs to assess a reception setup. A guest room may be awaiting renovation. A pre-opening property may have plans but no finished space to photograph.
Traditional physical staging or CGI can be appropriate, but time and cost may make early exploration difficult. AI-assisted editing can shorten the path to a visual discussion if the result remains clearly proposed and human-reviewed.
SiteSee added prompt-guided staging inside property views.
In September 2025, SiteSee publicly announced AI-assisted design for still imagery and immersive 360-degree scenes, followed by this retrospective archive record. Users could develop, refine, save, share and compare proposed visual directions within the connected property context.
The feature preserved the captured condition as the reference. Proposed outputs could support discussion and iteration while the property maintained control over sources, labels, approvals and customer distribution.
Customers can respond to a concrete possibility before physical production.
A buyer can point to what works, what needs clarification and what should change. Sales, planning and property teams can align around a visible concept instead of interpreting the same verbal description differently.
The speed of generation increases the responsibility to review. A plausible image can still contain unsupported scale, furnishings or conditions, so customer-facing use must remain approved and visibly labeled.
Visualize earlier
Create a reviewable alternative before the intended physical setup exists.
Review in context
See the proposal inside the actual still or complete 360-degree property view.
Compare responsibly
Keep the captured condition and approved proposal visibly distinct.
What your team can do with this milestone.
- Start with authorized source imagery.
- Define the audience and exact decision the concept must support.
- Label every output as proposed and AI-assisted.
- Review scale, obstructions, access and unsupported details.
- Obtain property approval before customer distribution.
What this release does not claim.
Generated imagery does not establish final fit, scale, availability, constructability, capacity, accessibility, code compliance, cost or deliverability. Access may require a plan, add-on, credits or production scope.
Show an approved future condition responsibly.
