Customer valueTest whether stronger source material can be created through a more efficient property process.

The customer experience begins with what happens at the property.

Spatial capture affects far more than appearance. It influences continuity, navigation, production time, future updates and what later sales, planning or onsite workflows can responsibly use.

For an operating hotel, venue or complex property, the capture method also affects access, disruption and preparation. A promising technology must therefore be judged against both finished output and the experience of the property team.

SiteSee began controlled validation of a proprietary LiDAR workflow.

In 2025, SiteSee entered an internal testing phase for a 3D LiDAR capture approach intended to improve production speed, image quality, navigation and longer-term capture flexibility.

The milestone is validation rather than general release. Tests are expected to compare defined baselines, representative property conditions, processing requirements and finished-experience quality before the intended benefits become public availability claims.

A better capture method could reduce friction while strengthening the source.

If validated, a more efficient workflow may require less time inside operating spaces and provide a stronger spatial foundation for customer presentation, planning, visualization and navigation.

Property teams should not have to accept an untested promise. Treating the work as validation keeps the commercial claim behind the evidence and gives customers a clearer boundary between intended value and confirmed availability.

The customer benefit is not LiDAR by itself. It is a capture process that proves it can improve the source while respecting the operating property.
01

Reduce disruption

Test whether capture can fit more efficiently around live property operations.

02

Strengthen the source

Compare spatial continuity and visual quality against a defined baseline.

03

Support future use

Evaluate whether the resulting model can serve approved sales, planning and navigation needs.

What your team can do with this milestone.

  1. Define the current baseline and success measures.
  2. Test across representative spaces, surfaces and operating conditions.
  3. Measure property time and finished quality separately.
  4. Document processing, security, storage and update requirements.
  5. Publish availability only after internal approval.

What this release does not claim.

This workflow remains in validation. No capture-time reduction, quality advantage, general availability or customer outcome should be claimed until the method, baseline and results are internally approved.
