SiteSee Is Founded to Make Properties Easier to Understand Before Arrival
SiteSee begins with a customer problem that still matters: people cannot confidently evaluate a property when its spaces, relationships and commercial story arrive as disconnected pieces.
A distant customer could see pieces of a property without understanding the place.
Before a buyer, planner or stakeholder travels, they often need to understand more than how one room looks. They need to see how arrival connects to the principal spaces, how supporting areas relate to the intended use and where important details fit into the wider property.
In 2003, those answers were commonly scattered across photographs, descriptions and conversations. The customer had to perform the assembly. That made the first discussion less productive because basic orientation consumed time that could have been used to evaluate fit.
SiteSee began with the property as the organizing idea.
SiteSee was founded as a professional property-content and commercial-media company with a practical objective: document a place clearly enough that someone who was not there could form a more useful first understanding.
That choice established a durable working method. Begin with the customer decision. Identify the spaces and relationships that influence it. Capture the property responsibly. Then connect the resulting media to an explanation a buyer can actually follow.
The value for customers was a better starting point.
Clearer property content does not replace the visit or the expertise of the property team. It improves what can happen before both. A prospect can arrive with informed questions, a salesperson can spend less time reconstructing the basics and a wider decision group can review the same approved reference.
Every later SiteSee capability—from guided experiences to planning context and onsite navigation—builds on this same customer premise: understanding improves when the property remains connected.
Orient earlier

Explain relationships
Show how rooms, routes, amenities and supporting areas work together.
Improve the conversation
Use the first human interaction for fit, priorities and next steps instead of basic reconstruction.
What your team can do with this milestone.
- Name the customer decision the experience must support.
- Identify the spaces and relationships that influence that decision.
- Use current, approved property facts and media.
- Keep remote understanding distinct from final physical verification.
- Review the experience from the prospect’s point of view before publishing.
