Legal Notice

Marks and trademarks.

This notice identifies marks claimed by SiteSee and states the conditions governing reference to them.

1. Claimed names and marks

SiteSee claims trademark, service-mark and other source-identifying rights, as applicable, in the following names and designations:

  • SiteSee
  • NextGenDT

SiteSee also claims rights, as applicable, in the following slogan marks, reproduced exactly as claimed:

  • “The shortest distance between interest and book business.”
  • “Show more. Decide Faster”

2. Status of symbols

The symbols ™ and SM may be used to identify a claimed trademark or service mark. No use of the symbol ® is made by this notice, and nothing on this page states or implies federal registration of any listed mark.

3. No license

No display, reference, omission of a symbol, or access to this website grants, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use a SiteSee name, word mark, slogan mark, logo, trade dress, domain name or other source identifier. All rights not expressly granted in a written instrument signed by an authorized SiteSee representative are reserved.

4. Restricted uses

Except to the extent protected by applicable law, no person may use a listed mark, or any confusingly similar designation, as a company, product, service, feature, campaign, account, keyword, metatag, domain or social-media identifier; combine it with another mark; alter its spelling, capitalization or presentation; or use it in a manner likely to cause confusion concerning source, sponsorship, affiliation, approval or endorsement.

5. Permitted reference

Truthful, non-misleading reference to SiteSee or a SiteSee offering may be made only to identify the subject of the reference and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such reference must preserve the mark, avoid suggesting affiliation or endorsement, and use no more of the mark than reasonably necessary for the lawful reference.

6. Third-party marks; reservation

Other names and marks appearing on the website belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply SiteSee ownership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. No delay or failure to identify, mark, demand cessation of, or enforce against a use constitutes consent, abandonment, waiver or limitation of any right or remedy. This notice neither enlarges nor limits any right available under applicable law.

7. Questions and permission requests

Questions concerning a proposed use may be directed to legal@sitesee.ai. No request is approved unless permission is given in an express written instrument by an authorized SiteSee representative.
