Regional Sales Leadership

Four regions. One customer standard.

Each Regional Sales Director owns new business across an assigned territory. SiteSee supplies leads at this stage; the director owns disciplined follow-through, customer diagnosis, regional relationship development and the path from first conversation through commitment.

ExperienceAt least three years of successful SaaS sales experience.
CompensationCommission only. Expected annual commission earnings of $80,000–$135,000; uncapped and subject to the written offer, compensation plan and applicable law.
GrowthBuild the region now and help recruit and lead additional salespeople as SiteSee grows.

01 / NERegional Sales Director — NortheastNortheast and eastern Great Lakes territory

What you will do

  • Turn supplied leads into focused business conversations with hotels, resorts, venues and other complex properties.
  • Diagnose how buyers currently understand, compare, validate and approve a property before presenting SiteSee.
  • Manage regional opportunities from qualification through stakeholder alignment, proposal, procurement and commitment.
  • Maintain clear pipeline records, forecasts and next steps.
  • Represent customer needs internally and protect a precise, honest sales process.
  • Help hire, coach and lead new regional sales professionals as the territory expands.

What you bring

A minimum of three years in SaaS sales, evidence of full-cycle performance, confident executive communication and the judgment to ask before presenting. Hospitality, venue, real-estate technology or spatial-technology experience is helpful but not required.

02 / NWRegional Sales Director — NorthwestNorthwest, upper Midwest and northern Plains territory

What you will do

  • Develop supplied leads into qualified property and portfolio opportunities.
  • Lead customer-centered discovery before demonstrations or proposals.
  • Coordinate sales, operations, ownership and other decision participants through a clear evaluation process.
  • Own regional forecasting, opportunity hygiene and commercial follow-through.
  • Translate customer conditions into a useful business case without overstating product fit or outcomes.
  • Recruit and lead additional regional sellers as volume and coverage requirements grow.

What you bring

A minimum of three years in SaaS sales, a record of managing complex opportunities and the ability to work independently across a broad territory. Experience selling to hospitality, events, property or multi-location organizations is valuable.

03 / SERegional Sales Director — SoutheastSoutheast and Gulf territory

What you will do

  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to supplied leads while building durable regional relationships.
  • Identify the commercial problem, affected customer groups and decision requirements before recommending a starting point.
  • Advance qualified opportunities through validation, business case, internal review and commitment.
  • Keep forecasts and customer commitments accurate.
  • Partner with production and leadership so sold scope matches the customer condition.
  • Help select, onboard and lead additional salespeople as SiteSee adds regional capacity.

What you bring

A minimum of three years in SaaS sales, consistent ownership of a full sales cycle and a consultative approach suited to property leaders. Hospitality or event-sales familiarity is useful, but disciplined diagnosis and customer clarity matter most.

04 / SWRegional Sales Director — SouthwestSouthwest, Mountain and Pacific territory

What you will do

  • Convert supplied leads into well-qualified regional opportunities and develop additional relationships over time.
  • Guide discovery with property, commercial, technology and ownership stakeholders.
  • Connect buyer conditions to an appropriate SiteSee pilot, property or portfolio path.
  • Own pipeline accuracy, proposals, procurement coordination and customer handoff.
  • Communicate limitations and dependencies as clearly as benefits.
  • Hire and lead future regional sales professionals as the territory and company expand.

What you bring

A minimum of three years in SaaS sales, experience navigating multi-stakeholder decisions and the self-direction required for a large region. Relevant property, hospitality, venue or enterprise technology experience is welcome.

Field Production

Scanning Technician opportunities.

Scanning Technicians create the accurate spatial source material behind a SiteSee property experience. The work combines careful onsite conduct, capture discipline, equipment stewardship and quality control.

05 / FIELDScanning Technician — Regional Field OperationsTravel-based property capture and field quality assurance

What you will do

  • Prepare and operate approved 3D, LiDAR, photographic and related capture equipment.
  • Follow property-specific capture plans while protecting guests, staff, privacy, safety and live operations.
  • Capture spaces in a complete, consistent sequence and identify conditions that could affect processing or accuracy.
  • Perform onsite quality checks before leaving a property.
  • Maintain, transport and account for equipment and captured media.
  • Transfer project material through approved secure workflows and document exceptions for the production team.

What you bring

Strong attention to detail, professional conduct inside operating properties, comfort learning technical equipment and the ability to work independently from a defined capture plan. A valid driver’s license, dependable travel availability and the ability to carry and operate field equipment for extended periods are required. Prior spatial capture, photography, surveying, hospitality operations or production experience is helpful.
